With its acquisition by FEINMETALL GmbH, FEINMETALL Turning Technologies is embarking on a new chapter. As an independent unit within the FEINMETALL Group, the company contributes its many years of expertise in precision turning technology, thereby expanding the Group's technology and service portfolio. The location and jobs will remain unchanged, forming the basis for stability, continuity, and sustainable growth.
Marco Walz takes over as plant manager with responsibility for the operational development of FEINMETALL Turning Technologies and, together with the experienced team, stands for technical competence and reliability. Thorsten Kern, managing director of FEINMETALL GmbH, is strategically supporting the integration and strengthening the long-term competitiveness of the entire group of companies through the targeted expansion of vertical integration.
Materials & manufacturing expertise
We process a wide range of materials on modern long and short turning machines – from free-cutting steel, stainless steel, and aluminum to brass, copper, and engineering plastics. This enables us to implement precise solutions for electronics, precision engineering, and industrial applications. In cooperation with certified partners for electroplating and heat treatment, we also ensure consistently high quality for demanding surface and heat processes.
We manufacture long turned parts in a diameter range from 0.5 to 16 mm with a standard length of up to 70 mm.
We are happy to produce special lengths on request.
Short turned parts are characterized by complex manufacturing steps.
We produce components with diameters ranging from 2 to 16 mm – precisely, reliably, and with process reliability.
For us, high flexibility means a broad product range with services that are precisely tailored to the requirements of our customers. We manufacture precision turned parts from plastics such as PTFE, POM, PEEK, and PA6 in diameters from 0.8 to 16 mm.

We are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. Our modern quality management system ensures clearly defined processes, complete documentation, and continuous monitoring of all procedures. This enables us to guarantee consistently high quality and maximum process reliability—from the initial idea to the finished component.
